Description:  Kalki Sub-Station Gateway Lite family of protocol converters are solutions for sub-station and communication integration requirements for the Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Oil & Gas and Automation Industries. These devices support new and high speed standards like IEC 61850 and IEC 104 and integrate in a secure manner with local and national grids at the same time being able to talk within the sub-station on standards like IEC 103, DNP3, Modbus, SPA, Courier, DLMS/IEC 62056.

Features:  The KSGL and KPG Platforms support the following functions: Security Adapter - KSGL/S products act as security adapters complying with FIPS 140-2 specs, supporting AES, 3DES and SSL. This enables two KSGL units to communicate in a secure manner over standard protocols over a public communication networks or similar technologies. Device Server: can be configured to act as a device server, providing multiple serial ports over Ethernet. This enables multi-mastering or redundancy configurations across a distributed network with fewer of serial ports. Converts standard or proprietary device protocols to control center protocols such as DNP3, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104, IEC 61850 (UCA 2.0), Courier, SPA, Modbus etc.,: one-to-one, one-to-many or many-to-many options supported.
